Final Membership collections are available form the collection point at the Leisure Centre.

We would like to notify all Members who have purchased a Membership package prior to the 20th December who have not yet collected their box, you now have until Thursday this week to collect. There are a number of uncollected Memberships still available and must be collected before they are placed in storage, which may result in a delay getting them to you.

This week’s final opening times are as follows.

Monday 12th – 9am – 5pm

Tuesday 13th – 9am – 5pm

Wednesday 14th – 9am – 5pm

Thursday 15th – 9am – 5pm

Please note that Members including Red Card Members MUST collect their membership box and membership card in order to have an active membership ahead of the 2026 season.

Memberships ordered after the 20th of December are not yet ready for collection. These are expected to arrive towards the end of Janruary and we will communicate further with those members once they arrive. Should this present any issues for members please contact the ticket office.

Important Notice:

Supporters attending to collect their membership are kindly asked to have their Heritage Number to hand and either bring last year’s membership card or photographic identification, such as a driving licence or passport, to assist the verification process.
