Leigh Leopards can confirm that Andrew Badrock has joined Widnes Vikings on loan until the end of the season with a recall clause if required.
The 24-year-old ex Leigh Miners Rangers product gained extensive Championship experience during two stand-out seasons with Swinton Lions prior to joining his hometown club last autumn.
At Widnes he will be reunited with his former Lions coach Allan Coleman who recruited him from the community game.
Badrock has impressed in limited opportunities with the Leopards after making a try-scoring debut in the Challenge Cup win at Workington.
He has scored four tries in five games including a brace in the Super League win at Salford in April.
Badrock’s impressive performances earned him a contract extension until the end of 2028.
Andrew Badrock is sponsored by Lacey Darwen Structural & Civil Engineering.
