Applicants should ideally have a minimum of level 2 coaching qualification, working towards a level 3.

The post is part-time, and will encompass all aspects of training and preparation for the 2026 season as this process is already underway.

There is already in place a strong infrastructure and back-up team and the players are highly motivated and committed.

Leopards’ Women’s team finished sixth in the eight-team Betfred Women’s Super League season in 2025 after two successful years since formation in the Championship.

The team has the full support of the club with excellent training facilities and home games staged at the Leopards Den.

With the women’s game undergoing a period of sustained growth in the town and a large talent pool available this role is vital towards building a sustainable and successful pathway from grassroots to WSL.
