A message from the club operational board

Dear Members,

Thank you for your continued support, and to the 5,000-plus who have already renewed your membership. We know that issues will arise as people take advantage of the opportunity to amend existing memberships, including adding additional features as well as purchasing new memberships.

We would ask that all customers who face any difficulties contact the ticket office on 01942 487888 or [email protected] for assistance. We would like to ask all customers to ensure that they treat the ticket office staff with respect, and advise that unacceptable language or abuse towards them will not be tolerated and will result in their details being passed to the club for appropriate action to be taken.

The board would also like to notify existing members who have outstanding payments against their account, or a consistent history of late payments, that the club payment plan is made available as a goodwill gesture from the club on an interest-free basis and can be withdrawn at its discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, if you have an outstanding debt to the club, you will not be able to renew your membership on the club’s payment plan.

This includes attempting to do so by changing your details.

We are sure our members understand the necessity for us to implement this rule.
