MAGIC WEEKEND 2025

SUPER LEAGUE MAGIC WEEKEND 2025

The Summer festival of Rugby League returns to St James’ Park, Newcastle in 2025.

12 TEAMS, 2 DAYS, 1 EPIC EVENT.

Leigh Leopards have the honour of opening the first day when they play Catalans Dragons on Saturday 3 May.

Leopards head coach Adrian Lam is already eagerly anticipating the fixture and event.

“I’m really looking forward to Magic Weekend, it’s something truly special to Rugby League that showcases our sport in such a fantastic way,” he said.

“I’m excited to be returning to St. James’ Park, it’s a brilliant stadium in a great city and is a fantastic excuse for our fans to make it a weekend trip.

“We’ve got a tough test in taking on the Dragons, but I know me and the lads will be doing all we can to maintain our undefeated status in Magic Fixtures. We’ve always taken a strong following to Magic and I really hope fans will grab tickets early to help cover Newcastle in Leopard print”
