This Saturday Leigh Leopards will be supporting the 2023 Leigh Christmas Lights Parade as the town gets ready to celebrate the Christmas period. Players & representatives of the club will be in attendance along with the Challenge Cup. Some of the players will be taking part in a question and answer session on the main stage from 4pm so make sure you don’t miss it.

Leigh Christmas Lights and Parade
Mark the beginning of the Christmas Season with Leigh’s flagship Christmas event with lots to keep all ages entertained throughout the day across Leigh Town Centre.
Christmas Markets will take place from 10:00am on Bradshawgate and from 11:30am on Spinning Gate Shopping Centre Car Park accompanied by all the fun of the fair with a stage show from 1:00pm – 5:30pm with Abz Love, formally of 5ive, headlining.
At 5:30pm the dazzling Light Night parade will dance its way from Spinning Gate Car Park to Leigh Civic Square, journeying via Market St and Leigh Cenotaph lighting up the town with Christmas sparkle. The parade will arrive at Leigh Town Hall where a range of activities are available including the all-new Frost Feast Leigh taking place from 6pm – 10pm. Offering the finest local food traders accompanied by live music ready for you to fill your festive boots!

Frost Feast Leigh in Leigh Civic Square
Wrap up warm and head to Leigh Civic Square for the first ever Frost Feast Leigh where you can sample some of the borough’s finest street food traders. Have a warming meal, treat yourself to a Christmas tipple and enjoy some outdoor live music- it’s time to soak up the festive atmosphere. Eat, drink and be merry!
