Leigh Leopards are delighted to confirm that one of the club’s most loyal and enthusiastic sponsors will again feature on the team’s playing kits in 2024.
Bolton-based Impact Insurance have continued their much-valued sponsorship for the sixth successive season.

Moira Griffiths, Director of Impact said: “ Impact Insurance  are delighted and proud to continue our sponsorship of Leigh Leopards.

“We have seen the club grow progressively in the past couple of years and the success of the rebrand was quite extraordinary.
“Having grown up as a Leigh supporter and knowing club icon John Woods since childhood it was fantastic to watch the Challenge Cup run and that unforgettable day at Wembley. Coupled with finishing fifth in Super League, and seeing the tremendous enthusiasm and pride around the town and district for the team’s achievements it has been a memorable year.

“With the plans in place that the club has I’m sure that the success will continue, and we are delighted to be involved in the way we are.
“Home games at the Leopards Den are great occasions with the fan zones, the acts on the AB Sundecks stage, the fireworks and razzamatazz and the corporate experience is second to none. On top of that, and most importantly, we have the team playing some wonderful rugby league.

“Leigh Leopards have the best fans in Rugby League, and together with the players, sponsors, and backroom team, we can build on what we have achieved in 2023. I can’t wait for next season.”

“As the club grows and becomes more appealing as a marketing platform, it will inevitably be able to attract larger premiums, which is important in the current IMG grading era where finance plays a significant role.

“That said, it’s important that the club also recognises the support it has had for many years and this is a great example of that, where there is a mutual recognition and I thank Moira as I have our other sponsors for recognising that with increased support of the club.

“It’s important our supporters and fellow businesses support our sponsors’ businesses to make it easier to continue relationships. Everybody needs insurance of some form in life and if all our supporters obtained renewal quotes from Impact it would really benefit the club moving forward.
