Members of the media in voting for Lam recognised Leopards’ flying start to the 2025 which included the sensational opening day victory at Wigan Warriors and successive home wins over Huddersfield Giants and Catalans Dragons.

 

Lam is no stranger to top awards having twice been the recipient of Super League Coach of the Year. He first won the award in 2020 when with Wigan and achieved a follow up after coaching Leopards to fifth place and the Challenge Cup success in 2023.
