Leigh Leopards are delighted to confirm that a limited number of memberships are now ready for collection, marking another important milestone in the club’s preparations ahead of the new season.
At this stage, the club is inviting the following members to collect their membership packs providing they ordered before the 26th November;
- Red Card Members
- White Card Members
- Gold Card Members with Heritage Numbers up to and including HN#6000
Members who fall within one of the above categories are advised that their memberships are ready to be collected from 12 Noon Wednesday 17th December.
Important Notice:
To ensure the collection process runs smoothly and efficiently for all involved, supporters who are not within the above membership categories are kindly asked not to attend for collection at this time.
In addition, members who have ordered a customised or name-printed shirt (with the exception of Armstrong or Brand) are kindly asked not to attend at this stage and to wait for a further update regarding collection of their membership pack.
Collection Details:
- Date: Wednesday 17th
- Time: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
- Location: Car Park 12 (as shown on the above map)
- Access: Collections will take place via the fire exit
- Signage: Clear signage will be in place to direct members to the correct collection point
Given that members will be collecting an item of value, supporters attending to collect their membership are kindly asked to bring their existing membership card or photographic identification, such as a driving licence or passport, to assist the verification process.
Members may collect memberships on behalf of friends or family, provided they have been given permission to do so. When collecting on someone else’s behalf, you will need to provide their registered email address at the point of collection.
Members are strongly advised to collect their memberships as early as possible once their package becomes available, in order to help reduce queues and assist the smooth running of the day.
Leigh Leopards would also like to take this opportunity to place on record their sincere thanks to the club staff and dedicated volunteers who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this process possible. Their commitment and attention to detail have been instrumental in preparing membership packs to the high standard supporters expect.
Special thanks are also extended to AB Sundecks and Debeau Performance, whose hard work, professionalism, and determination throughout this process have played a key role in ensuring the timely production and preparation of membership materials.
