• Oversee player development pathways, ensuring alignment with the club’s philosophy and long-term goals
• Build and manage relationships with parents, coaches and community clubs

Recruitment:

• Key member for recruitment strategy for all junior squads
• Coordinate scouting activities and maintain a network of scouts and contacts
• Manage registrations, player onboarding, and all related compliance

Operations Management:

• Oversee all youth rugby operations, including logistics, training schedules, and matchday preparations
• Manage budgets and resources to maximise efficiency and performance
• Ensure compliance with governing bodies and league regulations

Leadership and Teamwork:

• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team including coaches, scouts, and support staff
• Act as a key liaison between the rugby department and club management
• Promote a culture of excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement

College Program:

• Oversee the college program in both recruitment and delivery of coaching sessions
• Lead the college team for tournaments, fixtures in line with college program
• Key lead on college relationship and students
