Important Membership Update

Further to our previous communications stating that memberships for the 2026 season would go on sale on the 16th October 2025, with existing members being able to access their accounts to amend their membership status and those members who had paid in full having the opportunity to pay in full again or switch to our popular monthly payment plan, the club would like to provide the following update.

We have taken the decision to delay this process until the 24th October 2025 to ensure that some added features to the membership scheme can be provided within the customer journey and to ensure it is fully tested to provide the best experience possible for our members and to avoid many issues that we encountered last year.

All members on the monthly payment plan should now have received their auto renewal email confirming their renewal price, payment collection date, stand or location and order details, which will be the same as ordered for the 2025 season. Don’t worry, if you’d like to make a change to this auto renewal, you’ll soon be able to do just that online.

Please be assured that all existing memberships are secured in our system and those on payment plans will auto renew at your monthly payment date of last year’s membership unless you have taken action previously communicated to cancel your membership. Members who paid in full will now receive a renewal email on Friday 17th October enabling them to again pay in full or to transfer to the popular monthly payment scheme well in advance of the open sale on the 24th.

We are sure that our members will feel it is worth the small additional wait to be able to take advantage of the additional benefits which include:

Player packs!

For 2026 memberships you will now be able to select which player packs your membership box so you can now select your favourite Leigh Leopards player! Don’t worry if you love them all, you can simply select ‘random’ and you may even end up with a surprise new signing packing your membership box. 

Shirt Personalisation!

You will be able to opt for shirt personalisation when renewing or purchasing your membership of Gold tier and above that includes a replica shirt or replica polo shirt. You can select from a drop-down box your favourite player’s name and number to add to your order or choose a custom option to add your own name and number.

Upgrade from a shirt to a full kit:

Why not add shorts and socks to your order to make your membership of Gold and above come complete with a full kit? We are delighted to be able to offer supporters the opportunity to purchase shorts and socks to match your home replica or polo as part of your membership purchase receiving the pro rata membership discount you receive on your replica of choice and enabling the payment of these additional items to be spread monthly with your membership payment plan*. Through our new kit sponsor details, which will be released in the coming weeks, we are delighted to announce that all children’s membership that select a tier including a replica shirt, where the size of kit is from 3-6 months through to 4-5 years, will automatically now receive a full mini kit instead of a replica shirt at no additional cost**

Along with all tiered paid in full members Red Card Members will also receive their renewal email on the 17th of October as their payment plans finished in March 2025. 

Members will be given two payment options: 

1. To select to pay as a one-off transaction.

2. To switch to our popular monthly subscription plan at no additional cost. 

Members will also be taken through the booking process to check all their details and can add in any of the exciting optional new features before they checkout their 2026 membership.

All auto renewed members will be able to make changes to their existing order from the 24th of October by logging into their account. This will include upgrade and downgrade options; seat or stand moves (subject to availability) and changes to their shirt size when purchasing a Gold Card Membership or above. In addition, they will have the ability to include any of the additional features.

The club also understands that not all our members like to use devices and also that some members prefer to make payments in cash. Our friendly ticket office staff are on hand to help any existing member or anyone wishing to become a member in person at the ticket office where they can take you through the process and can also safely take cash payments from those wishing to choose that payment method.

It is vitally important to note that all existing members have until 5pm on the 7th of November to secure their existing seats or place in the North Stand. After this date, the club can confirm that we will temporarily pause sales until the 11th of November to process any wait lists and special changes that members have requested before going back on sale with seats and spaces in the North Stand that members have chosen not to renew. 

Please be advised any memberships that have not been renewed due to an outstanding balance on their account that has not been cleared, or an arrangement made with the club to address this, will not have their existing seat or stand available to them after this date if it has been purchased by a new member or taken via a move from an existing member. Any members that could be affected by this have been contacted directly and should make contact with the club.

If supporters would like to join the North Stand waiting list or make any special requests (like seat move to a specific location next to a friend) you must email [email protected]. The ticket office will contact members from the 8th November to implement requests based on the wait list criteria the club has applied which takes into account various situations, prioritising membership duration and tier along with combining families in stands and areas in the best interests of all fans, so far as is reasonably practical.

Any lapsed member wishing to renew their membership that does not know their heritage number originally issued will be automatically married to that heritage number account if using the same email address and you will be given the opportunity to change your password if you have forgotten it. If you know you previously had a membership but no longer have access to that email address to which your membership was registered please contact the ticket office by emailing [email protected] with your details including your old email and your new email address and we will amend your email address and send you details to log in and renew your membership. It is in everyone’s interests to have their original heritage number as this is given priority after the ‘member since’ consideration. Your new membership will show member since 10/25 although your heritage number will stay the same. To that end anyone who cannot continue their full membership should consider a Red Card membership so as to keep their ‘member since’ status alongside the many club benefits you would still be entitled too.

We can’t wait for the 2026 season and are excited to learn who will make up the new teams coming into the Betfred Super League.
