How to Enter:
- Visit the Holland & Barrett store in Leigh: Head to the store to meet Leeto, the cuddly Leigh Leopards mascot.
- Take a Selfie: Snap a photo with Leeto and make sure to show off that winning smile!
- Scan the QR Code: On Leeto’s neck, you’ll find a QR code. Scan it to access the competition entry form.
- Fill Out the Form: Complete the form with the following details:
- Your Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Upload your Selfie with Leeto
- Any dietary information
- Submit a Screenshot of your Holland & Barrett Rewards for Life account
- Submit, Enter, and consent to us contacting you: Once your form is filled out, hit ‘submit’ to enter the competition.
Extra Entry (Optional!): Want to increase your chances of winning? For an extra entry, post your selfie with Leeto on your Instagram story and tag both @Leighrlfc and @Hollandandbarrett. Be sure to include both tags so we can see your post and count it as an additional entry!

- Only entries submitted via the form will be accepted. The competition is open to customers who visit the Leigh Holland & Barrett store. You must be a registered member of Holland & Barrett’s Rewards for Life program to enter. Tickets are for Leigh Leopards’ BetFred Super League home games only. Winners will be contacted via the provided email address and must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize. Extra entries through Instagram tagging are optional but must follow the specified instructions to be valid.
