MY RUGBY LEAGUE JOURNEY: I began playing Rugby League at university. I found the local team which was Bury rugby union. At the end of the season, I wanted to continue playing so found a league team – Rochdale Hornets in League 2. Here I grew to love that game and wanted to get to the next level, which was Leigh Miners who were competing in the championship. As I joined the team gained entry to the Women’s Super League tier 2, and then Leigh Leopards took over and that’s where we’re up to so far.
