Andrew joined Leopards from Swinton Lions on a two-year contract, later extended, having been a regular in the Lions’ side in each of the previous two seasons. An athletic back row forward who can also play centre he was often a standout for the Lions in the Championship.

The former Leigh Miners Rangers product represented Lancashire and the England Community Lions during his time in the community game.

Badrock made a try-scoring debut for the Lions against Newcastle Thunder and went on to score a try in each of his first four professional games. He finished his impressive inaugural season in the professional ranks by becoming Swinton’s top try-scorer with seven in 25 games.

He continued his progress in 2024, prompting a move to sign him from the Leopards. He made a try-scoring Leopards debut in the Challenge Cup tie at Workington Town.  Badrock stepped up to show outstanding promise during his appearances in Super League, passing the 50-game career milestone along the way.
